NACC Certified PSW
Non-medical home care, with a PSW who stays steady.
Immaculate Heart Care helps with the day at home: personal care, an older adult's routine, respite for the family, and a live-in when the night matters too.

Services
Seven ways we come into the house.
All of it is non-medical. If a need belongs to a nurse, a physician, or Ontario Health atHome, we say so.
01
Personal care assistance
Washing, dressing, and getting through the house.
02
Elderly care support
A regular presence for an older adult at home.
03
Live-in caregiver
One person who stays, when the night matters too.
04
Respite care
A real break for the person who usually stays.
05
Dementia care
Familiar routines, and less arguing with the day.
06
Post-hospital care
The first days home, without turning the house into a ward.
07
Medication reminders
A prompt at the time you already chose.
The boundary
Help with living at home. Not a clinic.
Personal support workers can wash, dress, remind, cook, and stay. They do not nurse, diagnose, or give medication.
- Medication reminders are prompts. We do not pour, crush, or adjust a dose.
- Dementia care is routine and calm company. It is not treatment.
- After a hospital stay, we help the person settle. We do not change dressings.
- Families open Linden for the day. Private charts stay there, not on this website.
A consult
Three steps, then a person in the house.
01
Tell us who
A name, a phone, who the care is for, and the services you are considering. The consult is free.
02
We talk
We call to hear the house, the hours, and what has to stay the same. If we are the wrong fit, we say so.
03
Care starts at home
A NACC Certified PSW comes in. The family can follow the day in Linden.
